Want to avoid “colorful methaphors” when insulting someone? Here is an odd biblical alternative (biblical in the sense that the curses are from the Bible, but I’m not saying you should run around insulting people). For example: “Behold, thou shalt be swallowed by a whale with excessively bad breath, O ye discourager of the brethren!” Ooo, I like that one.
