I see their big yellow signs on the side of the freeway and yell out, “Tudor’s Biscuit Woooorrld!!” because it’s such a bizarre name to me. Biscuit World? It brings to mind the movie “Westworld” starring Yul Brynner and I picture giant biscuits running amok through the city, smashing buildings a la “Night of the Lepus” or something just as dreadful.

Well, after years of driving by Tudor’s, we finally stopped for breakfast. The biscuits that we were served were hands down, the biggest biscuits I’d ever seen. Hardee’s and McDonald’s don’t even compare. The biscuits we had had great flavor and a good texture.

After I took a picture of my breakfast, an employee approached me and rhetorically asked, “You’re not from around here, are you?” I guess I put on quite a show for the locals who surrounded us and stared at me while I positioned my food for my photographic efforts. I suppose they don’t see that every day.

Anyhow, great biscuits. Thumbs up for me.

Yea they have great food. Everythign they serve is big like that. I could definately see you getting some looks because most of the people at Tudor’s are pretty blue collar common folk. Haha glad you enjoyed. They make gravy and biscuit mix that is sold at local grocery stores.

That gravy was really good. If I try out the gravy mix that means I’ll have to learn how to make good biscuits. Those frozen Pilsbury ones would work but Tudor’s “homemade” ones were excellent.

Tudors Biscuit World IS the best - not only for a yummy breakfast but they have a great down-home dinner menu where the food taste just like Moms! The portions are generous and the prices are very affordable.
